PRP Fund I
In 1999, Parmenter Realty Partners created and fully subscribed Parmenter Realty Fund I which was leveraged to acquire 23 properties.
PRP Fund II
Parmenter Realty Partners’ Fund II was formed in 2003/2004, and closed its investment period in 2005. During this time nine assets were acquired. Fund II has been liquidated apart from one remaining asset.
PRP Fund III
Parmenter Realty Fund III closed in October 2006 with $245.5 million of commitments.
PRP Fund IV
Parmenter Realty Partners’ Fund IV is capitalized with over $300 million of equity, which includes approximately $50 million of joint venture and co-invest capital. Fund IV focuses on distressed value-add assets in the Southeast, Southwest and Washington, D.C. Metro regions of the United States.
Parmenter Realty Partners currently owns and manages commercial office space in the Southeastern, Southwestern and Washington, D.C. Metro regions of the United States. Parmenter Realty Partners maintains a regional office in each area, which oversees the acquisition, disposition, property management and leasing efforts of its assets.
