New Tenant at Mandalay Towers in 2023

IRVING, Texas, November 18, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged a 25,767-square-foot lease at Mandalay Tower 2, a Class A office building located in Las Colinas. Kimley Horn, a planning and design consulting firm, will move into the space in May 2023.

Rodney Helm, Zach Bean, and Chris Taylor of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Parmenter Realty Partners, in the lease negotiations.

Located at 225 E. John Carpenter Freeway, Mandalay Tower 2 includes 16 floors and features a restaurant, conference center, fitness center and sundry shop. The property also features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a six-hole putting green located on the plaza, and an onsite executive conference room with seating for up to 60 attendees. Mandalay Tower 2 has close proximity to the Toyota Music Factory, Water Street, Las Colinas Country Club, Hackberry Creek Country Club, and Cottonwood Valley Golf Course. The property achieved the BOMA 360 designation in 2010.
