Michael G. Loftis Joins Parmenter Realty Partners As Managing Principal For The Southwest Region.

MIAMI, Fla., March 5, 2014 – Parmenter Realty Partners hires Michael G. Loftis as Managing Principal of the southwest region. Michael Loftis will be taking Steve Bronner’s previous role, and will be responsible for acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, management, and asset management in the southwest region. Steve Bronner was promoted to Vice Chairman in late 2013.

Prior to joining Parmenter, Mike was the Senior Portfolio Manager for the Americas Investment Team at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”). At ADIA, Mike’s responsibilities included oversight of sourcing, planning, negotiation and execution of property acquisitions, portfolio management and dispositions for the US direct portfolio. Prior to ADIA, Mike served as President and CEO of Presidio Investments; a Dallas based limited partnership with Hunt Realty. Mike began his career in real estate at Lincoln Property Company and Woodbine Development Corporation in Dallas, Texas where he established his real estate foundation and investment acumen.
