Caitlin Healey Joins Parmenter Realty Partners As Senior Vice President Capital Markets

MIAMI, Fla., May 22, 2013 – Parmenter Realty Partners is pleased to announce Caitlin Healey has joined the firm as their new Senior Vice President Capital Markets. Ms. Healey will be responsible for Parmenter Realty Partners’ institutional business development and consultant relations including capital fund raising. Parmenter Realty Partners operates a series of institutional investment funds focused on the southern regions of the United States, and is actively involved in the expansion of its portfolio in major markets.

Ms. Healey received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Communications from Boston University. Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners, she was on the real estate focused fund raising team at Monument Group, a placement agent for investment firms across a diverse range of alternative investment asset classes. Her responsibilities included research and development of potential investors as well as new business development and investor relations activities. She was actively involved in the successful raise of six domestic and international private equity real estate funds. Prior to that Ms. Healey held positions at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners and Leerink Swann and Company. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
