Parmenter Realty Partners Sells 1000 Parkwood Circle

MIAMI, Fla., June 10, 2013 – Parmenter Realty Partners today announced the sale of 1000 Parkwood Circle, a 10-story, 212,555 SF, class A building in the northwest Atlanta submarket. Brokers were Will Yowell and Jay O’Meara from CB Richard Ellis.

Parmenter Realty Partners bought the building in October 2006 as part of its Parmenter Realty Fund III portfolio. During its ownership, Parmenter Realty Partners renovated the lobby, restrooms and corridors, and made certain infrastructure improvements, such as chiller and lighting retrofits, geared to reducing operating expenses. In addition, the building was LEED™ Gold certified, won three TOBY® Awards, and Earned BOMA 360® Performance Designation.
