Parmenter Realty Partners Sells Two Forest Plaza in Dallas, Texas

MIAMI, Fla., July 8, 2014 – Parmenter Realty Partners, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, announced today the sale of Two Forest Plaza in Dallas, Texas. The Class A, 196,215 square feet office building was sold to an affiliate of Encore Enterprises. Jack Minter and Creighton Stark from Colliers International represented Parmenter in this transaction.

“During our ownership of Two Forest Plaza, we made cosmetic improvements in the entrance, lobby and corridors,” said Steve Bronner, Vice Chairman of Parmenter Realty Partners. “We also made significant improvements on the building’s sustainability, getting ENERGY STAR® certification and the BOMA 360® Performance Designation.”

Major tenants of Two Forest Plaza include New York Life Insurance Company and La Madeleine, who is headquartered in the building.
