John Davidson is the President and CEO of Parmenter Realty Partners. John has been with Parmenter Realty Partners for over 20 years and oversees investment acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales for the company. He also sits on the company’s investment committee. John began his career in Real Estate investing in office property in the early days of the Resolution Trust Corp (RTC), where he first met Darryl Parmenter and partnered on several acquisitions.

As Director of the Cardinal Crest Partners Family Office, he was involved with acquisition and asset management, and led the group’s investment strategy into Real Estate. He has owned and operated a variety of businesses, including a mechanical and electrical contracting business that specialized in energy conservation projects which provides him with an in depth understanding of building systems.

John has been a member of several business and industry organizations. He founded the South Florida chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and served for many years on its international board of directors. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is as member of the Office Development Council.

John has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
