Michael Holmes is COO and a Managing Principal with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Atlanta office. Michael joined Parmenter Realty Partners in April 2007 and is responsible for the operations of the firm’s portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and asset management. Michael is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners, Michael held various positions in the Acquisitions and Construction departments with Wells Real Estate Funds, the predecessor fund manager of two publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts: Piedmont REIT and Columbia Property Trust. Michael earned a B.A. from Marquette University. Michael is a member of NAIOP, REGA, and a founding member of AYREP.
