    John C. Davidson

    Managing Principal

    John C. Davidson is Managing Principal with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Atlanta office. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, John is responsible for acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, management, and asset management in the Southeast region.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners full-time in 2003, John was Managing Director at Cardinal Crest Partners Family Office. In that capacity, John focused on operating companies as well as other investments, including real estate. He worked with Darryl Parmenter on several opportunities created by the Resolution Trust Corp (RTC) starting in 1994 through 2003. He was involved in acquisition and asset management, and led the group’s investment strategies into real estate. He has owned and operated a variety of businesses specializing in energy conservation projects, and has been at the forefront of Parmenter Realty Partners’ LEED® and energy conservation initiatives.

    John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he serves as a member of the Office development Counsel, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Young Presidents Organization (YPO). John also founded the South Florida Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization, and served for many years on its International Board of Directors.

    Jeffrey B. Granoff

    Managing Principal

    Jeffrey Granoff is Managing Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 18 years of real estate experience, Jeffrey is responsible for the firm's capital market activities as well as accounting, finance, portfolio valuation, compliance, and tax and treasury operations. He is also a member of the firm’s investment committee.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2014, Jeffrey was a Principal at Clairvue Capital Partners focused on valuing and acquiring real estate fund and joint venture partnership interests on a secondary basis, as well as providing entity level capital and negotiating loan documents to real estate fund managers and operating companies. Prior to joining Clairvue, he was a senior member of the Merchant Banking Group at Prudential Real Estate Investors (“PREI”) where he was responsible for U.S. Investment Originations and portfolio and asset management for a series of real estate opportunity funds. He was also a Principal at Arcapita, Inc. and worked for several years at Morgan Stanley in New York and Asia.

    Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and has a Master degree in Business Administration from Cornell University.

    Michael E. Holmes

    Principal & Senior Vice President Acquisitions – Southeast Region

    Michael Holmes is Principal & Senior Vice President Acquisitions at Parmenter Realty Partners in the Atlanta office. With over 17 years of experience in real estate, Michael leads and manages Parmenter Realty Partners’ development, leasing and acquisitions of assets in the Southeast Region.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2007, Michael held several positions in the Acquisition, Build-to-Suit, and Construction departments with Wells Real Estate Funds, the predecessor to Piedmont Office Realty Trust and Columbia Property Trust. Between 2002 and 2007, Michael worked on more than $2.9 billion in acquisitions and oversaw $65 million in construction and development projects. Prior to that, he was a partner in a residential development and construction firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

    Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is an active member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA).

    Michael G. Loftis

    Managing Principal

    Michael Loftis is Managing Principal with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Dallas office. With over 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mike is responsible for Parmenter Realty Partners’ acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, management, and asset management in the Southwest region.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2014, Mike was the Senior Portfolio Manager for the Americas Investment Team at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”). At ADIA, Mike’s responsibilities included oversight of sourcing, planning, negotiation and execution of property acquisitions, portfolio management and dispositions for the US direct portfolio. Prior to ADIA, Mike served as President and CEO of Presidio Investments; a Dallas based limited partnership with Hunt Realty. He began his career at Woodbine Development Corporation followed by Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, Texas. Mike’s real estate foundation includes development, leasing, and management; and, his investment acumen spans the G.P. and L.P. sectors on real property transactions to distressed debt and CMBS securities.

    Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas in Finance, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.

    Christopher C. McGrew

    President and Chief Investment Officer

    Christopher McGrew is President and Chief Investment Officer with Parmenter in the Miami office. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chris has sourced and closed approximately $2 billion worth of transactions in the Washington, DC, New York City, and West Coast gateway metropolitan markets. He is responsible for enhancing Parmenter’s acquisition and investment process and accessing both on and off-market real estate investments.

    Prior to joining Parmenter in 2012, Chris was Senior Vice President at Penzance Properties. His responsibilities included initiation and development of the firm’s investment strategies. Prior to that, Chris was Managing Director at Argent Ventures, an opportunistic real estate private equity firm in New York. From 2003 to 2007, Chris created and led the Commercial Acquisitions Group at Rockrose Development Corporation, where he oversaw the acquisition of 13 properties totaling approximately $1 billion in value. While a Project Manager at HINES, he oversaw the underwriting and due diligence of the $660 million acquisition of the Sumitomo Life Midtown Manhattan and Washington, DC assets, comprised of four Class-A office buildings, as well as multiple development projects in Manhattan.

    Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Indiana. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he serves on the Mentor Program.

    Robert M. Motes

    Principal & General Counsel

    Robert Motes is Principal and General Counsel at Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 18 years of experience in real estate law, Robert is responsible for the legal affairs of Parmenter Realty Partners and also serves as the Director of Human Resources.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2008, Robert was a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP, where he practiced law in the area of real estate with an emphasis on commercial leasing for office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to that, Robert was an attorney with Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, where he practiced law in the area of general corporate and real estate.

    Robert has a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, and a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

    Darryl W. Parmenter

    Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

    Darryl W. Parmenter is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer with Parmenter in the Miami office. With over 35 years of experience in acquisition, development and management operations, Darryl leads Parmenter’s overall strategic direction.

    Since its inception in 1989, Darryl has been instrumental in positioning Parmenter as a premier real estate investment and management company. Under Darryl’s leadership, Parmenter has achieved consistent growth and his innovative approach has made Parmenter a leader in the industry.

    Prior to forming Parmenter, Darryl was Managing Partner for 10 years at Lincoln Property Company. His responsibilities included development, management and property acquisition for the company’s assets. Among these developments was 701 Brickell Avenue, a 750,000 square foot office tower, in Miami Florida where Parmenter currently resides. Prior to that, Darryl was a Senior Investment Broker for Coldwell Banker (CB Richard Ellis) where he was recognized and included in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a designation given to the top 10% of brokers nationally, for his outstanding performance.

    Darryl has served on several national and regional civic and charitable boards such as The Baptist Hospital Foundation and The Coast Guard Foundation. He is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is a Governor and serves on the Urban Development Mixed-Use Council. He is also a member of the Real Estate Round Table, the real estate industry's policy organization, as well as the Advisory Board for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. Darryl served in the Marine Corps with combat command reaching the rank of Captain.

    Andrew R. Weiss

    Managing Principal

    Andrew R. Weiss is Managing Principal and Chief Operating Officer with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Andy is responsible for the strategic planning of the company, as well as the portfolio management and financial operations.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 1995, Andy was Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield. His responsibilities included leasing and management services to clients on a fiduciary basis, and was honored by Cushman & Wakefield as Top Asset Services Professional. Prior to that, Andy was the Chief Financial Officer at Greycoat USA, a public real estate company, where he was responsible for the financial, leasing and management activities of Greycoat’s US portfolio.

    Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York-Albany. He received his Certified Public Accountant license in New York in 1981 and in Florida in 1992. Andy is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he served as Chairman of a Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council. He is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM).

    Timothy Steve Harrison

    Managing Director Facilities and Sustainability

    Steve Harrison is the Managing Director Facilities and Sustainability with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Atlanta office. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Steve leads and manages all Parmenter Realty Partners’ green initiatives as it relates to the day-to-day operations of the buildings from a sustainable high performance prospective. He is responsible for the LEED™ Certification of all properties, and advises asset managers on matters related to capital expenditures and operations.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 1996, Steve was a Facility Manager with BellSouth. He began his career in Property Management as an Assistant Chief Engineer, and worked his way through the ranks managing maintenance departments, supervising twenty-four hour building control centers, and managing and training property fire safety and emergency procedures.

    Steve received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Coast Guard in 1970, is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. He has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) since 1988, and is currently on the board of BOMA Southern Region, is a member of the International Sustainability and Market Initiatives Task Force, co-chairs the International Awards Committee, and serves on the BOMA National Advisory Committee (NAC).

    Steve holds two BOMI designations as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA), and is a LEED Green Associate. He was recently named a BOMA Fellow, and is the recipient of the Member of the Year awards regionally and in Atlanta. In addition, he is a member of the USGBC both nationally and in Atlanta and is a member of the DOE’s Better Building Alliance.

    Josh A. Hedderich

    Senior Vice President Asset Management – Southwest Region

    Josh Hedderich is the Senior Vice President Asset Management with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Dallas office. With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, Josh manages the assets in Parmenter Realty Partners’ Southwest Region portfolio. He is responsible for repositioning and sales, implementation, development and execution of the business plan for new assets, and oversight of the leasing activities for the assets.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners, Josh worked with ORIX Capital Markets, LLC, on a portfolio of 16 office, industrial and multifamily assets across the country. His portfolio ranged from a 52-unit apartment community in Los Angeles, to an 112,000 square foot office building in Minneapolis, and a 500,000+ square foot warehouse in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Josh worked for Hudson Advisors, the asset management arm of the Lone Star Funds. Josh began his career with a 7+ year stint with Crow Holdings, holding titles ranging from Financial Analyst to Vice President.

    Josh has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Business with dual majors in Real Estate Finance and Operations Management. Josh is a member of The Real Estate Council, and recent graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council program. He currently serves on the Foundation Board of The Real Estate Council.

    Thom Ridnour

    Senior Vice President Leasing – Southwest Region

    Thom Ridnour is the Senior Vice President Leasing with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Dallas office. With over 30 years of experience in operations, building, developing, leasing, and managing commercial real estate properties, Thom is responsible for leasing activities with respect to the Dallas portfolio.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2012, Thom held principal, executive and senior positions with Younan Properties, Clayco, Trizec, Transwestern, and Centre, where he managed over $1.2 billion in multiple projects for Clayco, over 7 million square foot with Trizec with NOI exceeding $50 million, and redeveloped over 1.8 million square foot with Transwestern.

    Thom has also won several Dallas Business Journal awards, including 2001 Award for “Best Headquarters Move” in relocating FedEx-Kinko’s to Texas, 2000 Award for “Best Rehabilitation/Renovation” for the renovation of Republic Center in Downtown Dallas, and 1997 Award for “Best Deal with Developed Real Estate” for the leasing of Las Colinas Corporate Center I.

    Thom has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in Finance and Marketing. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

    Jasmine Alvarez

    Controller

    Jasmine Alvarez is a Controller with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 13 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, Jasmine oversees the accounting, finance, tax, and treasury operations of Parmenter Realty Partners, and manages the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of day-to-day accounting operations. In addition, she works closely with the investor relations team to provide financial and fund reports.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2012, Jasmine was the controller for a small local business, and she worked at Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra CPAs before deciding to go into the private sector in 2009.

    Jasmine has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University in Accounting, and Masters in Accounting also from Florida International University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.

    Ivy Castro

    Senior Property Accountant

    Ivy Castro is a Senior Property Accountant with Parmenter in the Miami office. With over seven years of accounting experience, Ivy handles accounting functions for several of the properties owned and managed by Parmenter.

    Prior to joining Parmenter in 2011, Ivy was an accountant for For Eyes Optical where she managed the accounting functions of the retail stores, including lease administration and construction. Prior to that, Ivy was a Licensed Realtor, Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Miami Realty Expert.

    Ivy has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting, from Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University, respectively. She is currently pursuing her CPA license in the state of Florida.

    Agota Eross-Whitworth

    Assistant Controller - Tax

    Agota Eross-Whitworth is the Assistant Controller-Tax with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 3 years of experience in tax accounting, Agota is responsible for accounting, finance, tax and treasury operations of Parmenter Realty Partners, and assists with day-to-day operations of the accounting team.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners, Agota was a Tax Accountant at Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC., where she was responsible for research and preparation of federal and multi-state income tax returns, including corporations, S-corporations, partnerships and individuals. Prior to that, she was a senior accountant at A Joy Wallance Catering Productions, Inc., responsible for payroll processing, accounts receivables, and other accounting duties.

    Agota has a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, and a member of AICPA.

    Areya Keshvari

    Vice President – Investments & Capital Markets

    Areya Keshvari is Vice President – Investments & Capital Markets at Parmenter in the Miami office. With over 10 years of experience in real estate financing, valuation, and consulting, Areya is responsible for investment & capital markets activities. He also provides investment insights and analysis at the property and fund level, and for new investment ventures.

    Prior to joining Parmenter in 2012, Areya was an analyst with Integra Realty Resources (IRR), a national real estate consulting firm where he was responsible for determining the use, feasibility, and value of commercial property, with an emphasis on income producing properties.

    Areya has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in Real Estate, and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) with an emphasis on Real Estate Investment from Florida International University. Areya sits on the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Miami-Dade Developing Leaders Board, and Florida International University’s Executive Real Estate Board. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate, Practicing-Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, and a Candidate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

    Maureen Nez

    Vice President – Finance & Portfolio Strategy

    Maureen Nez is Vice President – Finance & Portfolio Strategy at Parmenter in the Miami office. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Maureen is responsible for Parmenter’s underwriting of new acquisitions, quarterly valuations, projections and sensitivities of the firm’s assets. She is also actively involved in the acquisition process of the assets.

    Prior to joining Parmenter in 2006, Maureen worked for Winn Companies in property management.

    Maureen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Sierra Nevada College in Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

    James Peña

    Senior Property Accountant

    James Peña is a Senior Property Accountant with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over 7 years of experience, James handles all accounting functions for several of the properties owned and managed by Parmenter Realty Partners.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2009, James was employed by Univision Communications as a staff accountant in which he assisted in various projects and daily accounting responsibilities.

    James has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University in Accounting. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Master degree in Accounting, and his Florida CPA license.

    Nathan Reser

    Asset Manager – Southeast Region

    Nathan Reser is an Asset Manager with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Atlanta office. Nathan manages the assets in Parmenter Realty Partners’ Southeast Region portfolio. He is responsible for repositioning and sales, implementation, development and execution of the business plan for new assets, and oversight of the leasing activities for the assets.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2010, Nathan worked in Real Estate Acquisitions and Portfolio Management at Wells Real Estate Funds, now known as Columbia Property Trust. He supported a team that acquired over $600 million of core and value-add office properties located in the Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States.

    Nathan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia in Real Estate, and holds a CCIM designation with the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute.

    Ana Rodriguez

    Senior Property Accountant

    Ana Rodriguez is a Senior Property Accountant with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. With over three years of experience, Ana handles all accounting functions for several of the properties owned and managed by Parmenter Realty Partners.

    Ana began her career in accounting at Parmenter Realty Partners in 2010 as a temp in the Accounts Payables department. Her dedication and professionalism proved to be a valuable asset to the team and was quickly hired full-time as a Property Accountant.

    Ana has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree from Florida International University in Accounting, and is a CPA licensed in the state of Florida.

    Ellen Wisniewski

    Human Resources Manager

    Ellen Wisniewski is the Human Resources Manager with Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. Ellen is responsible for corporate and regional payroll, benefits and other human resources functions.

    Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners in 2013, Ellen supported The Retail Outsource Companies spanning across almost 50 states and Puerto Rico, as a Human Resources Generalist. She was responsible for all human resources functions including payroll, benefits administration, tax administration, and employee and management support. Prior to that, Ellen worked as a Technical Recruiter for TEKsystems, an Information Technology staffing and services firm.

    Ellen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in Political Science and Business Management. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources, and a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional..
